NCC 2017

Mar 27, 2017 | | Say something

The NCC or National Chess Championship is the only tournament where one chess player can gain the title NM or National Master. In recent years, I had noticed that the strength of the players are not quite high, a lot of IM or FM did not take part in this championship.

This year’s championship is participated by 3 FM, 1 AGM, an 2 CM. Only 10 players have the FIDE rating > 2000.

Anyway this year’s champion is FM Wong Yinn Long (https://ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?event=5707684), congratulation! You can see the whole result from the chess-results website http://www.chess-results.com/tnr270848.aspx?lan=1
